Our NEW Fence!

We just spent Wednesday through Saturday putting up our NEW fence at our house! YAY! My husband is a beast, and we had many friends come to help! THANK YOU!! to everyone that helped and lent us tools and such! It meant a lot to us.

Brad planned everything out, and we had all of our supplies delivered, so we were ready to start digging holes (To see the song that will get stuck in your head every time we said this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLsCR2RMBak)

DAY 1: Wednesday, 6/19 starting at 6:00pm

Here is our yard before. Let's just say, it's not small :)

Some wasps have been living under our back steps....fabulous.

And a BEAUTIFUL sunset as we finished digging and setting half of the posts.

DAY 2: Thursday, 6/20 starting at 1:00pm

 Got all of the posts set and ready for the next step.

DAY 3: Friday, 6/21 starting at 1:00pm
Putting up all of the runners = 100 2x4s 

 

There was an H on this board! 

The in-laws surprisingly showed up and came to help early! Yay! We got all of the runners put up and were ready to start on pickets the next morning.

DAY 4: Saturday, 6/22 starting at 9:00am, the first full day :)
The in-laws, Rod, Kels & Tim, and neighbor Brandon (with Christian & Addison) came over to help!

We even have a spot for our neighbor "Wilson" (from Home Improvement)
